Hi Jamee, please tell us a bit about yourself where did you grow up and what did you study?
I am from Illinois. I grew up in the North Shore, a suburb called, Wilmette. When I was 10 my family moved to Northbrook. From the age of 8-13 years. I attended an overnight musical theater camp called, Harand Camp in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin. This was my introduction into musical theatre. At summer camp, I learned about Gershwin, Irving Berlin, Hammerstein and performed in such plays as Puss in Boots, South Pacific, Oklahoma and West Side Story to name a few.
