An ambitious young man from a small Latino neighborhood, Aldo Serrano found his calling in filmmaking at a very early age. Growing up in a tough environment, Serrano knew he had limited options. He made filmmaking an obsession directing, shooting and editing his own films every moment he could. His fascination with capturing the world ignited his career in film. Graduating at the top of his class from the Art Institute in Santa Monica, Serrano’s meticulous approach and ability to find wildly inventive creative solutions immediately landed him a position as Director and Editor at Ogilvy & Mather. Serrano’s deep passion for music, art and design sets him apart from others; everything he touches has an undeniably unique style and unconventional attitude. His creativity and versatility allows him to explore music videos, commercials, short films, experimental projects, brand work and conceptual pieces. Often referred to as a ‘one-man wonder’ or the ‘one man show,’ Serrano continues pushing the limits to exceed even the highest of expectations.
